About Me

My career focuses on facilitating access, engagement, and systems improvement in learning experiences. I have honed my skills both in the classroom and behind the scenes with a focus in compliance, documentation, training & development, and systems administration. My background in special education taught me the value of differentiated, multi-modal communication, while my work in international education strengthened my global perspective and cultural responsiveness.

I believe effective communication is responsive, shaped by audience and context. I’m equally at ease writing, presenting, creating video tutorials, or designing visual guides. I intentionally adjust tone and complexity to meet diverse needs. Regardless of format, excellence in the pursuit of learning remains my north star.

As an INFJ (Advocate), I approach my work thoughtfully, always keeping the end-user in mind. . My CliftonStrengths top five are: Learner, Intellection, Achiever, Relator, and Strategic. These too reflect my commitment to lifelong learning, strong relationships, and purposeful impact. For those who enjoy personality frameworks of the literary variety, I’m a Ravenclaw at heart, with sincere respect for the loyalty and kindness of Hufflepuffs.​
